About
Hi, I'm Michael
My background
I've been building software professionally since November 2020, so nearly six years, as a software engineer at a major airline and a major financial services company.
I build enterprise software: backend systems, high-traffic services, internal frameworks, APIs and complex integrations. That work taught me to care about the unglamorous parts, like testing, documentation and clean handoffs. They decide whether software is still useful a year later.
I use AI tools in my own work every day, which is why I'm practical about them. I know where they save real time, and where they need a careful human in the loop.
I have a B.S. in Computer Science from Touro University, where I graduated cum laude.
Why I started this
I want to keep learning and growing, and to build something of my own for my family. I also think local businesses deserve better than hype. A lot of good companies here are losing hours to work that the right tool could handle, and they don't have an engineer to ask. I'd like to be that person.
I live in Scottsdale with my wife and our two children.

How I work with clients
- You work with me directly, from the first call to the handoff. I take on a limited number of clients at a time.
- Before any work starts, you get a written quote with either a fixed scope or a time-box.
- You'll understand what you're buying and why, in plain English.
- You own the work: the code, the accounts and the documentation.
I personally respond to every inquiry, typically within one business day.
What I won't do
- Build something complicated when a simpler fix will do the job.
- Sell you custom software when an off-the-shelf tool is enough. If one fits, I'll say so.
- Recommend a tool because it's trending. I recommend what works for your business.
Let's see if I can help
A free 20–30 minute call. No sales pitch, no pressure. You'll come away with a clearer idea of what's worth doing, even if we don't end up working together.
