Privacy Policy
Working AI is my small AI-adoption and custom software consultancy. This policy explains what information I collect through https://myworkingai.com (the “site”), how I use it, and the choices you have.
The site doesn't have user accounts, logins, or a sign-up form.
What I collect
When you contact me. If you email me (for example, by clicking the email address on the site), I receive whatever you choose to send: usually your name, email address, and your message. I don't collect this through the site itself; it comes through your email provider and mine.
When you book a call (if offered). I may add a scheduling tool, such as Cal.com, so you can book time with me. If you use it, you'll give that tool details like your name, email address, the time you picked, and any notes you add. That information is handled under the scheduling provider's own privacy policy as well as this one.
Hosting logs. Vercel hosts the site. Like most web hosts, Vercel may automatically process technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure and troubleshoot problems.
I don't knowingly collect sensitive information through the site. Please don't email it to me unless we've agreed on a secure way to share it.
Cookies
I don't set cookies for advertising or tracking. A third-party tool I link to or embed (like a scheduling page) may use its own cookies under its own policy.
How I use information
I use what I collect to:
- reply to your message and talk with you about a potential project,
- schedule and hold calls you've booked,
- keep the site secure and working.
I don't sell your personal information, and I don't use it for targeted advertising.
Who I share it with
I share information only with service providers that help me run the business, such as my website host (Vercel), my email provider (Porkbun email forwarding), and a scheduling tool if I use one (Cal.com). I may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect my rights or the safety of others.
How long I keep it
I keep emails and booking details for as long as I need them to talk with you, do any work we agree on, and keep normal business records. After that, I delete them.
Your choices
To find out what information I have about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email hello@myworkingai.com. Depending on where you live, you may have more privacy rights under local law. I'll respond to requests as the law that applies to me requires.
Children
The site is meant for businesses and adults. I don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Links to other sites
The site may link to other websites or tools. Their privacy practices are their own, so please review their policies.
Security
I take reasonable steps to protect the information I receive, but no website, email, or online service is completely secure.
Changes to this policy
If I update this policy, I'll post the new version here and change the effective date above.
