How I work

How a project works, start to finish

No mystery and no surprises. Here's what working with me looks like, from the first call to the handoff.

The steps

  1. Free intro call

A 20–30 minute call. You tell me what's slowing you down, I ask a lot of questions, and there's no sales pitch.

  2. Discovery and scoping

I look more closely at the workflows and tools involved, so the plan is based on how your business really runs.

  3. Written quote

You get a clear proposal with either a fixed scope or a time-box. Every project is quoted this way, after a free intro call.

  4. Build in small steps

I set things up or build in small iterations, so you see progress early and can steer.

  5. Handoff and training

Your team learns how to use it, and you get documentation and access to everything.

  6. Optional ongoing support

If you want help after handoff, we'll agree on what that looks like. If not, you're fully set up to run it yourself.

What I need from you

  • A person on your side who knows the work and can answer questions
  • Access to the tools and accounts involved, when we get there
  • Honest feedback as things take shape

Communication

I take on a limited number of clients at a time, so each project gets proper attention. You'll get plain-English updates by email, and calls are scheduled ahead of time so nothing is rushed.

I personally respond to every inquiry, typically within one business day.

What you can count on

  • Honest about AI

I'll tell you when AI isn't worth it, and when a simpler tool will do.

  • You own everything

Code, accounts and documentation are yours from day one.

  • No lock-in

Any capable developer should be able to pick up where I left off.

  • Plain English

Updates you can read without a glossary.

Ready for step one?

A free 20–30 minute call. No sales pitch, no pressure. You'll come away with a clearer idea of what's worth doing, even if we don't end up working together.
